Pa. GOP files complaint against Sestak

The Pennsylvania Republican Party has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission against former U.S. Rep. Joe Sestak and his fundraising committees for allegedly violating provisions of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971.

The complaint, dated May 10, was filed by Pennsylvania Republican Party Chairman Rob Gleason. It was filed against Friends of Joe Sestak, his campaign Treasurer Margaret Infantino, Sestak for Senate and Joe Sestak himself.

In a nutshell, the complaint questions why Sestak is raising money.
