County to host dog license, microchip event
County officials are partnering with the Delaware County Kennel Club to host a license and microchip clinic from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, April 14 at Rose Tree Park, Upper Providence.
Free microchips will be provided to any dog.
County officials said the annual state fee to license a dog is $6.45 for spayed or neutered dogs and $8.45 for all other dogs. A lifetime license for a dog requires a microchip and costs $31.45 for spayed or neutered dogs and $51.45 for all others.

Free immunizations will be offered to all county school-aged children from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. April 9-13 at the State Health Center, 151 W. Fifth St.
